About Me
I’m Josie Bloom, a hypnotherapist, author, and speaker with a passion for helping people understand their minds and use them as tools for transformation.
My interest in the mind began early. Growing up with a mother who struggled with mental illness, I learned firsthand how powerful and painful our thoughts can be. That experience sparked my lifelong curiosity about the mind and set me on the path I walk today.
At first, I practiced hypnotherapy by guiding people back into their past traumas. But I realized what most people really need isn’t another trip backward — it’s the tools to move forward.
Today, my work is rooted in teaching people how to quiet the chatter in their minds, rewire old patterns, and step into healthier, happier versions of themselves.
I live this work daily. Through meditation, ongoing studies in neuroscience, and my own commitment to growth, I hold myself to the same practices I teach. I consider myself lucky; I have the choice of happiness, where many don’t. I will never take that for granted, and it fuels me to serve those who want and deserve lives filled with peace, joy, and possibility.
